Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorized to connect any mailbox you link to MailerTap. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.

MailerTap exists to send wanted, lawful, deliverable email. You agree to:

• comply with all applicable email and anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, and equivalent laws where your recipients are located (such as GDPR/ePrivacy and CASL);
• include truthful sender identity and subject lines, a valid physical address where required, and a working unsubscribe mechanism in commercial email;
• honor opt-outs and suppression lists promptly — MailerTap enforces suppression, and you must not attempt to circumvent it;
• not abuse purchased, scraped, or harvested lists, and only contact recipients you have a lawful basis to email;
• not send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious content (including phishing or malware), and not impersonate others;
• not interfere with the service, probe its security, or use it to violate the terms of your mailbox provider (Google or Microsoft).

You retain ownership of the content and lead data you bring to MailerTap. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf (sending email, processing replies, running warmup, generating reports). You are responsible for the legality of the lists you upload and the messages you send.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee deliverability, inbox placement, uptime, or campaign results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — in particular the acceptable-use rules above — or that create deliverability, security, or legal risk for the service or other customers. We will notify you when reasonably possible. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time; data deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
